DO YOU WORK ONE-ON-ONE AS WELL AS WITH GROUPS?

Yes! I have specific one-on-one programs that are tailored for your unique needs, as well as small group training programs that give you the support and accountability while still receiving the benefits of a personal training program.

​WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COACHES AND TRAINERS?

While it's obvious that no two people are exactly alike, making us uniquely different from the start, I believe in the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. I do not have a quick fix. However, I do have a quick start with my simple, fun, and easy to do programs. This will not be your ten day or thirty day challenge; I believe in transforming lives through fitness and health for a lifetime. I will not only give you the tools to create the best body you were designed to have, I also will give you the tools and time management skills needed to maintain that lifestyle now and into the future. 

IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

These programs are designed for people who are serious about making the long term commitment to themselves. I also strongly believe in the total transformation, not only of the body, but of the mind and spirit - creating positive change from the inside out. 

Please know that I am selective with whom I work with.  I want to make sure you are getting the results you signed up for, otherwise it won't be fair to you. For this reason, I may have to refer people out to other coaches if I feel that  my program is not best suited for you.

My clients understand that long-term results require long-term commitment to themselves. In addition, 
these programs will be a financial investment in yourself, so you will have to be willing to make yourself a priority.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?

​This depends on two things: your goals, and where you are right now as well as where you'd like to be. Another factor to keep in mind is your level of commitment. The good news is, once you make the commitment to be healthier and start following the advice given to you through my programs, the results WILL follow. It starts when you're able to take control of your life, and master your mindset. Then with consistency, you will begin to see the transformation in your body, and in your life. The sooner you commit to getting started, the sooner you will start to see results. 

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WORK WITH YOU? 

I offer a variety of programs that vary in length, but this really depends on your specific needs and personality. From experience, most clients tend to enjoy the program and the journey with me alongside them for an extended period of time. However, I will work with you to get you the time you need based on your specific wants and goals.
