$10 Virtual Fitness Classes

Yoga Flow for Beginners Alligator Fitness yoga classes are focused on restorative stretching, core strengthening, anxiety reduction, and relaxation; all from the comfort of your own space! Join us as we give our bodies well needed time to stretch, meditate, and set positive intentions for the rest of our week. All levels are more than welcome. Please be sure to have water, and a mat or comfortable surface (such as a towel) to lie on. ​​See you there!

Time: Tuesdays at 7:00pm EST, Thursdays at 8:00 am est
